Hey, I'm Pam! I am a momma in her mid-40's who has spent most of my life focusing on raising my daughter and accidentally neglecting my health.
I know first hand, how priorities easily shift from your personal health to the needs of your family. One random morning you wake up, barely recognize "the girl" in the mirror, feel lost and not sure how to get back to the girl full of life!
"It takes a village...." and I'm here to be part of it! With support and accountability to keep your life in balance with your goals.
