Yes! You have the option (but it is not mandatory) to work with an app that provides access to thousands of workouts for all different fitness levels as well as nutrition plans with recipes that compliment every diet (gf, df, vegan, vg, paleo, etc.) This is not included in the monthly package. Head over to "Client Services" section of the Services tab and click Start Working Together to receive more info!
It depends on your goals but not much! If you choose to follow the same programs I follow, most of the workouts can be done with body weight, dumbbells and resistance bands. There are options for more intense programs, like weight lifting and strength training, as well as options for barre, yoga and pilates! They are versatile and can be done right from home or in a gym which is why I love them! It's important to note that you can workout however you like, you are not required to follow the programs I follow.
Yes! My packages are based on accountability coaching, the extras are just that, extras! I offer a monthly plan that will include everything you need to create consistency in your journey, you're free to add the nutrition plans, workouts, programs and anything else as you see fit for your own personal journey.
